Had a great experience at Car & Quest. I've lived in Orlando 5 years and every time I have passed their lot I was intrigued by their quality and very appealing inventory. I've been thinking about trading cars and my so while in the neighborhood dropped in to take a closer look. My experience could not have been any better leaving that afternoon with a 1 year old, low mileage BMW. This has been the best car purchase experience in my 20 + years in buying cars. Amer made the process simple and easy. He was attentive to what we were wanting. Outstanding Customer Service!! Amer and his daughter Rania, are very knowledgeable, and listen to what the customer wants, and needs! The variety of beautiful vehicles Amer has on his lot is refreshing. all are in great condition new or older! My husband found them, said he had the perfect SUV, for what I wanted. We left buying 2. I recently purchased a gorgeous and beautifully maintained 2014 Mercedes E550 from Amer, (the owner) at Car & Quest in Winter Park, and couldn't be happier! Right from my first visit, I quickly felt at ease when greeted by Rania at the front desk, and grew more comfortable once I found out that this dealer was a long-running family owned business filled with down-to-earth luxury car enthusiasts like Iash, who walked me through the cars' virtues, (which there are many, I came to find out). The whole experience of getting to know the Sultan Family (even Mom, Carry) was very enjoyable and non-pressured while I decided on the car purchase. Nick represented my family on probate hearing and estate settlement details for my step-father in 2017 and reworked my mother's estate planning documents at that time. Since she passed in 2019, he has once again walked me through the process step by step and explained details in ways that are easy to understand. He is thoughtful, compassionate and very thorough. He has always been responsive to my questions and most willing to accommodate my travel schedule whenever possible. Nick is extremely competent and professional and I highly recommend him.
