Been trying to get a hold of them for 2 months regarding an appartment that's been for rent for almost 3. No response for a phone call or email. Seems to me they dont wanna rent any of there homes.
DO NOT RENT FROM TODD ENTERPRISES!!! Oakland Towne Center (28 N Saginaw Street) is an absolutely horrible place to rent for business space. Out of four elevator shafts, only one is operational and it is barely operational most days. Not only are the people renting losing business because of the broken elevator, but it is also an extreme safety violation. At a bare minimum, the elevator breaks down about once a week, but it’s usually more. The owner of the building does nothing to solve the problem. Even if the elevator gets fixed once, it will be broken again a few days later. How can you run a business when the elevator isn’t working and you have to turn clients away because some people can’t walk up that many steps? There are some older people working in the building who can’t get to their offices because they’re on higher floors and they’re too old to walk up. I am surprised the city inspector hasn’t been here to shut this place down for this major violation. On top of the elevator issue, the owner doesn’t do any sort of background check to see who is renting business space in the building. Anyone who is breathing and willing to pay gets in. There is heavy drug use and smoking in the building and people who just rent for party space and don’t even have a legitimate business. The top floor of the building is supposedly vacant, but it’s an absolute disaster war zone with busted windows and glass everywhere. There have been known squatters up there with evidence of human feces and urine and empty food boxes and bottles laying around. How is this okay?? Try running a business among of of this. You can’t. I guess if you’re looking for a cheap place to host parties and do drug deals (pretty sure that’s what’s happening on some floors), then this is the place for you. But if you’re even a somewhat normal person who wants to have an office for your business, don’t even waste your time. To the owner: Don’t bother looking up my name because I created an account just for writing this review. It’s sad that I’d have to worry about retaliation for simply telling the truth. I think the public has a right to know!
I had a great experience I love my lil house and I have no problems I got what I wanted and they answer ever email and kept me posted on everything
literally called for information on a house because it had no pictures i had been calling the office for a week left voicemails and email and no response so i finally get someone on the phone and ask do they have pictures or information i was told they cant give me information on houses i have to apply for now why the hell would i apply for an house i haven't even seen the inside of this is the most backwards company ever DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM why would i submit all my personal information for them to run my stuff on a home i only wanted information on seems like a scheme to me
I find there service is great and professional. However I feel some people are not satisfied with the service because they are over worked and popular, causing them to run out of homes to rent fast. They take a while to respond due to overwhelm of interested renters. They have really nice and affordable housing, so I feel the waiting is worth it! Great job ladies
